· Join Judge Philip Misso and Associate Ellie Savion as they discuss their journeys in law and what led them to their respective roles at the County Court of Victoria. Gain insights into what it is like to be a judge, learn about legal reasoning in practice, understand how decisions are reached in court cases and examine civil and criminal case studies.

Dictum Society together with our Migration's Officer, have organised a self-guided tour for our Migration & Law Students on Saturday the 1st of October 2022, from 10:30am to 12:00pm.

Arrival will be between 10am to 10:25am, where you will be greeted by the Dictum Society team before heading in. The Immigration Museum is a museum primarily displaying Australia's immigration history and its really close to Flinders Street Railway Station.

Join VUSU for Accredited, Teritary student based, online, Mental Health Training!

The course involves approx. 7 hours of elearning and 1x 4hr session with a professional. This training usually cost upwards of $150, but with VUSU you only pay $20!

Elearning is self paced and can be completed online, and must be completed before the sessions. The in person session is Tuesday September 27th, 12:30pm - 4:30pm at VU City Tower (room tbc). Both sessions & elearning must be completed to gain the training qualification.

When it comes to sex education, for a lot of us, we were lucky if we were taught where babies come from. If we weren’t lucky, we had some really damaging ideas about sex and our bodies reinforced to us.

Well, it’s never too late to learn! Let’s brush up on the basics and fill those knowledge gaps!

A femme and non-binary identifying safe space for VU students to get their sweat on and meet like-minded advocates of gender justice.

VU Student Union has organised for the beloved @cloudsways to grace us with her presence.
